In order to maintain Kalachuchi Beach Resorts renowned reputation for privacy and relaxation we have created this guide to help you create your very own mystic memories…
Cancellation & Early Departure
Because of our limited size, cancellations affect us greatly. Therefore, we adhere to a very strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival are free of charge. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. All deposits are non–transferable to alternate dates; however, you are welcome to send someone else in your place. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of your intended stay. If you cancel your reservation, be sure to ask for a written confirmation for your records. Further details on resort's policy.
Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in is 2:00 pm and check-out is 12:00 pm. Reception is open until 6:00 pm for check-in. Should you arrive later, please inform Kalachuchi Reservations at least 24 hours in advance.
Children
We do not charge for the accommodation of children below the age of 12, if staying in same villa as parents and using existing beds. Number of persons staying in a villa shouldn't exceed 4 resp. 2, whether adults or children. Please show children's ID upon check-in.
Senior Citizens / Students
We do not honor Senior Citizen/Student discounts. Also, while we want to accomodate guests in their golden age, we would like to inform you as well that our Resort isn’t suitable for Senior citizens (in case travelling with Senior citizens) as there are no paved ways and a lot of stairs on our premises to conquer. Still, if walking isn't an issue to our lovely old guests, then that's fine.
Deposit
A 50% deposit of the total reservation value, including tax and resort fee, is required to confirm your reservation. Deposit are accepted through paypal or bank transfer. See detailed informations of article 4 on our resort's policy.
Massage
Massages are available in your villa upon request. We encourage you to make massage reservation in advance as we have to coordinate with a local massage lady.
No Shows
Should you not show up for your intended visit, your entire advance deposit will be retained. If you cancel your reservation, be sure to ask for a written confirmation for your records.
Payments
At the resort, we only accept cash payments. There is a 5% interest rate if you pay with foreign currencies.
Pets
We only permit pets on the premises upon advance agreement (see also article 10 resort's policy). Please read also our detailed resort policy or contact us directly.
Restaurant Opening Hours
Our restaurant is open from 7 am to 8 pm (for In-house guests) from 8 am to 8 pm (during low season). For visitors from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm (unless table reserved in advance).
Shuttle Service
Transfer may be arranged by Kalachuchi Beach Resort upon reservation.

Note:
Additional Php 200 if drop off/pick up is before 6am or after 6pm.
*Prices are subject to change without prior notice. An additional of Php200 for any kind of services (tricycle, car, etc.) before 6am or after 6pm is required.
Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance your estimated time of arrival, shipping line, and place of arrival so that we may alert our driver.
Extra Beds
We do not offer extra beds. Majority of our villas, except for Birds of Paradise, have two queen beds enough to sleep up to 4 people. We do not allow more than 4 guests in a villa. Additional guests (whether kids or adults) will be required to book another room based on availability.
Smoking
All of our villas are non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke on the outdoor veranda of their villa. In the event that a guest is found to have smoked in the villa, the guest will be contacted and informed of any charges related to the cleaning/deodorizing of the property and all of the items in the property. Violators of this policy are subject to an additional minimum $300 fee.
Toilets
No cigarette buds, cotton buds, tampons, sanitary pads or any other material, other than toilet paper may be flushed down the toilet. Charges will occour for any blockage.
Telephones & Televisions
To enhance your experience, telephones and televisions are intentionally absent from our villas.
Villa Requests
Due to the limited number of villas, we regret that we cannot guarantee villa assignments, however we will try to accommodate your request.
Visitors
Visitors may enter Kalachuchi Beach Resort from 10 am to 5 pm. Visitors resp. Non In-house guests' are required to pay an entrance fee of P 50 per person (of any age) and a fee of P 100 per person (of any age) for use of Swimmingpool.
Wi-Fi
Complimentary Wi-Fi access is only SOMETIMES available in the area of the villas, as the connection on the island is not reliable.
