Take a bus (Ceres Liner for example) from Cebu City to Lilo-An port (on the island of Cebu).
Then take a ferryboat Lilo-An port to Sibulan (on the island of Negros).
Then take bus/tricycle from Sibulan to Dumaguete port. From Dumaguete see above options.
From Tagbilaran you can take a ferry boat or rent your private boat.

How:
- ask any "tour seller" at Tagbilaran port
- ask at the reception of your hotel
- ask directly a boat captain at Alona Beach
Where:
Alona Beach to Enrique Villanueva (Sandugan), Siquijor is the most direct route and takes approx. 60min. Please be advised boats will only dock at the beach in front of Kalachuchi Beach Resort during high tide. Otherwise they will dock at either Larena or Maria.
Cost:
Depends on number of people/luggage and negotiation skills. Approx. P3500.
Good to know:
Bring ear plugs, as these boats are VERY loud.
